Resistor - CAN error decoder 50W 8 Ohm 12V

50W 8 Ohm resistor with heatsink to eliminate all problems associated with the use of LED bulbs in cars with CANBUS. The use of a resistor is often necessary even when using bulbs with the CANBUS designation in cars where the CAN system is particularly sensitive - e.g. Audi A4 B7. It is also necessary to use them in cars of the VAG group after 2009, Octavia 2 FL (>2009) , Leon 2 (>2010), Golf6, etc.

The resistor can be used to cheat bimetallic indicator indicators in older cars by eliminating the effect of rapid blinking of the indicator after changing to LED bulbs, as well as eliminating the burning of the third stop light after using LED stop/position bulbs

Once the resistor has been applied, cheaper LED bulbs can be used - the errors will no longer occur.

Resistor for bulbs up to 55W (this is the wattage of a traditional bulb) when replacing bulbs up to 21W, a 25W 6 Ohm resistor should be used.

Mount outside the lamp, do not cut the wires, but connect one end of the resistor to the positive and the other to the negative (we are talking about the wires feeding the LED bulb), as if you wanted to short-circuit with this resistor. The resistor should be attached to a metal element so that it does not break off during driving and so that it has better cooling.
