Shipment of goods for the territory of the Republic of Poland:
Shipment is usually carried out within 24 hours from the confirmation of payment (not applicable to cash on delivery). We execute COD orders within 24 hours of receiving the order. Delivery time - 24h applies to working days . We reserve the right to send the parcel over a longer period in exceptional cases, e.g. when special packaging is required or in the case of products that require additional activities, such as soldering and cutting to size, or if it is necessary to bring order items not offered in the store, to the express buyer's request.
Delivery costs depend on the method of payment and the quantity of the ordered goods and are as follows:
payment in advance:
- Pickup at the point (Poczta Polska: Orlen, Ruch, Żabka, Freshmarket) - PLN 9.40 (delivery within 48 hours on business days)
- Courier 48 Standard - PLN 10.47 (delivery within 48 hours on business days)
- Inpost Paczkomaty 24/7 - PLN 13.53 (delivery within 24 hours on working days)
- DPD courier, prepayment - PLN 15.38 (delivery within 24 hours on business days)
The system automatically calculates the number of packages.

The number of packages within one order depends on the dimensions and quantity of ordered products.
For each order, we send sales documents (invoice, warranty) by e-mail.
Delivery of goods for other countries:

- Registered shipment, foreign Polish Post - price and delivery time depending on the destination country
The possibility of delivery and costs are estimated individually, depending on the dimensions, weight of the package, country of delivery and the type of courier company (post office, DHL). Prior contact by e-mail or via the contact form available in the "Contact" tab is required.
ATTENTION!!
Upon receipt of the package and in the presence of the courier, please check that the products in the package are not damaged (broken, crushed, etc.), even if the condition of the package does not raise any objections. In the event of damage to some or all of the goods, please report the damage to the courier and request a report. Please also make sure that the courier does not write untruths in the report, in particular, that the option of poorly securing the goods during transport is not selected.
In the event of damage to the parcel during transport, you can claim compensation from the courier company yourself or submit this procedure to us by sending us a prepared damage report by e-mail.
We ensure that the products shipped by us are whole and undamaged at the time of shipment to customers. Packages are carefully packed and clearly marked with a red DO NOT THROW / FRAGILE sticker.
